At first she said all the things I wanted to hear. I hired her and when the day of my case came around she was not prepared and I lost my case. When I tried getting a hold of her again I kept getting her answering service and they said they left her messages, but she never called me back. I even emai...led her and its like she feel off the face of the earth. I knew I had to get another lawyer and boy was I glad. Just sad that she didn't even have to courtesy to email or call me. Steer far away from her. Find someone else!!

It took me several years to get to the place wherein my need to file bankruptcy was greater than my fear. My divorce was problematic when, during the divorce process, my ex-husband filed bankruptcy, leaving me with all the community property debt. After our first conversation exchange, Ms. Dahl...berg scheduled to see me the following evening. She immediately understood my situation within minutes, and she explained that she could have my bankruptcy “filed” as early as the next day if I had everything that was required. I DID have the documents needed, and as soon as I returned to my home that evening, I sent the documentation via email to her. In which, she immediately sent me acknowledgement of receiving it. I met with Jennifer the following day at noon to sign all the bankruptcy paperwork. It took me about an hour to return to my home, wherein there was an email from her stating, “Your case has been filed”. Jennifer is professional, knowledgeable (explained every detail of the process and what to expect), conscientious, and very timely. Another reason I truly appreciate Jennifer is that, while examining my divorce decree, she identified another issue which she will be helping me to resolve. Out of all the attorneys I interviewed for my bankruptcy, Jennifer was the most compassionate regarding my situation. Bankruptcy is hard enough, it was with great comfort that I could rely on her to help keep me informed and be able to walk out of her office feeling like I will be okay. I was a client of Jennifer's and she does not communicate at all! If you try to reach her by phone good luck and she will not respond to emails for several weeks. She advertises that you will receive a no cost consultation with an attorney but she was not there for mine. I met with her office manage...r that made several promises that were not fulfilled. When I did finally meet her she didn't even introduce herself. My paperwork that was filed with the courts was often filled out incorrectly and she always blamed her paralegal. Don't even think about working with her or with anyone at one of her many offices. She will not be there for you. Do your research and do not hire someone so incompetent and unprofessional. Dealing with her is a serious waste of money and time!
