Jennifer Anne Coatney

This is the worst magistrate I have come in contact in my 10 years of Domestic Relations Court history. Every order she has wrote was unprofessional and disorganized. A judge would have go behind her and change the entire order as bc of her being biased. She plays dirty in the court room and she is ...for the men not the woman. In fact I believe she went outside of the court room with her clients of choice to use it against the other parent. When verbally writing the voice recorded testified by a parent during the hearing. She would make up her scenario and then use it against the parent by taking their parental rights with zero evidence to do so. I seen her on a public road and she flipped me off after looking around to see if anyone way of a witness. These are just a few things that come to mind. The list goes on. She is dangerous to be infront of in court and the children suffer the most. I encourage anyone who is forced to come infront of this magistrate to request for another one or you have your guard up so high and don’t accept her behavior. It took me 5 years to beat her but I did it. My son and I are traumatized from this experience and want to help protect anyone from as much as we can. I put hired in the questions so that it would post my review. She was my magistrate on a custody case

Jennifer Courtney is one of the most lying people I have ever met the court in my life and I have been going court for over 10 years. It’s like she is sleeping with a male client. The way, her voice changes and how shy she gets and wants to talk about their personal life while she’s up on the stand ...and then completely ignores the female client. She absolutely does not care about the interest of the child. In fact, I believe that she tries to write her decisions in a way that will help the male client to help withhold the child away from the mother. Absolutely anybody that has had a history with her. Please contact me because I am in the process of making this be known.

Ahhh miss coatney. Hope this review finds you well. I don't know if you remember but when you WERE a magistrate at Warren County juvenile court, my fiance had presented to you pictures of his 3 year Olds severely decayed teeth and you literally threw it in his face. Literally. Are you mentally unstab...le? I've seen other bad reviews as well. Ironic. I'm assuming this is why you got fired about a week later per a caseworker. The reality is is that my finances little boy has been diagnosed by a counselor with psychological abuse and trauma from that other party that keeps trying to keep him as their own because they're infertile and can't have their own biological children. Idk who got drunk and gave you a license because you clearly don't know what you're doing in law. Also, I hope you fall down with your hands in your pockets.

Jennifer Coatney was my attorney in a custody hearing. She did a very poor job. She was beaten by a court appointed attorney. It was clear he knew more of the case and was more prepared. She was allowing things such as hearsay to get by when the other attorney didn't allow any of that. She never told... me I was going to be able to make a statement and to prep for that. It seemed every time I spoke to her she never failed to charge for the call but she didn't do any additional fact gathering either. Very upset.
