I challenged a contract that was so poorly written, my 13 could have written it better. Granted at the time I signed it, it did not bother me because the guy told me I could cancel with $50. When I tried to cancel it was a completely different story. I hired The Peddy Berg Law Firm to review the cont...ract and she has been great to deal with and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I'm so thankful to have her on my side. She was able to see the errors in the contract as well as the things that I couldn't challenge. She handled all the calls with the other side and took all the concern off my plate. She has been instrumental resolved in getting this resolved. I highly recommend her for any type of contract disputes.

Makes mistakes and charges you for it. Condescending. All about the $$$. She was hired, among other things, to put together an business settlement agreement. She changed the terms and placed blame on me for not reading/understanding her changes. If I could do that I would not have needed her. U...nresponsive, multiple emails and phone calls to receive simple answers regarding case. Says she bills lower per hour as a ruse for affordability. Bills for every thing irregardless of reasons or errors on her part. Condescending, basically refers to her client base as trying to renegotiate their fees, which I did not do or attempt to do. I asked her to take responsibility for her 3 mistakes and bad judgement that cost me a negotiation settlement for my business. She offered $140 yes, $140 discount after having been paid over $12,000! Oh yeah the discount was to pay for the remaining $1,400 that I owed or she would take me to collections even though I never ever refused to pay. We were in correspondence via email regarding my dissatisfaction with her service, her response was $140 or collections. Nice lady, Um no.
