I would definitely rate Atty. Jeb Steven Penka as an excellent attorney. When I contacted him about my situation he immediately gave me an appointment to see him. He listened to everything I told him and responded with great knowledge to my problem. He informed me of what proof I would need to pursue... my case and between him and I we did in fact produce what was needed. He was confidential with my information and assured me that we did have a case and that he would assist me in any way he could. And he did. I had to go to a hearing and Jeb went with me and went over everything that would be taking place in that hearing and although I was extremely nervous, he did everything in his power to assure me that we would get through this. And that what I needed to do most, was just be honest and I was. I have never needed a lawyer before but if I ever did again he would be the first person I would call. He spoke in a way that made me relax somewhat and gave me the confidence I needed at the time. While in the hearing Jeb asked questions when it was his time to speak and that way important facts could be established which otherwise would not have been brought up, and obviously that helped my case. But again it was all based on honesty which Jeb insisted was the most important factor for me. I had full confidence in him at all times and felt safe in his hands. He was very professional, yet very caring, and more than adequate in his knowledge. We did end up winning the hearing which I was extremely happy about and honestly did feel that that was the way it should have gone but without Attorney Jeb Penka I would never have had the courage to pursue the issue. So again, I would highly recommend Attorney Jeb Steven Penka as an excellent attorney and would assure that he is one of the best.
