Jeb Steven Penka

Jeb S. Penka joined Patch & FitzGerald in the summer of 2021 after practicing in Boston for several years.  Attorney Penka focuses on representing individuals injured in the course of a serious motor vehicle accident, dog bite, a slip, and fall, or by a product.

Prior to joining Patch & FitzGerald, Jeb practiced products liability litigation in Boston and represented a number of international manufacturers and distributors of products in the United States. Engaging in litigation in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, he gained valuable experience litigating claims with substantial injuries and damages allegedly caused by defective products.

Jeb graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2012. While at Suffolk Law, he clerked in the Massachusetts Superior Court for the Honorable Bruce R. Henry, a position that left him familiar with both criminal and civil proceedings in multiple counties across Massachusetts.

Prior to attending law school, Jeb was a teacher in a public high school and at a residential youth facility, a carpenter, and a licensed EMT in Massachusetts. All of these experiences have contributed to Jeb’s ability to see the forest through the trees. He attended Rollins College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Before that, he grew up in Central Massachusetts, where he attended Wachusett Regional High School.

When not working, Jeb loves to spend time with his wife and two young sons, whether at their home in Windham or on the beaches of southern Maine.
