To The Rescue

I am a government employee working on a military base in Virginia. I had 18 years of service. The last 10 were at the same post where I dutifully performed with an ADA accommodation. Due to litigious matters unrelated to me, I was unceremoniously transferred to a position, which was not suitable with... my longstanding accommodation. I tried reasoning with my organization. I recruited union support, which yielded no compromise. I was at my wits end with no relief in sight. I was about to throw in the towel and retire earlier than planned. When my back was against the wall, I decided to use legal measures to fight back. Fellow employees recommended an attorney widely known to be formidable against my organization. To be honest, even a consultation would have hurt my wallet. I was about to concede and make the call when my spouse recommended Jay Kyler, Esq. As far as I was concerned, he moved to the front of the list. The consultation was simple. Mr. Kyler was personable and displayed true empathy for my situation. Attaining my desired goal was foremost in our discussions rather than the meter running. My calls/concerns were promptly addressed. When all was said and done, WE emerged victorious. My settlement resulted in the organization restoring me to my rightful position and taking care of his services. As a result of Mr. Kyler’s skills, I have completed my retirement packet and happily cruising to my 20-year milestone. So, I have a happy wife and a happy life. Jay Kyler Esq. was the man of the hour for me. Don’t give up hope. Allow Jay Skyler Esq. to give you a fighting chance.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
