Highly Recommended

Mr. Pristera gave me a voice as a sexual assault victim. The Army Reserve was drowning me in an endless sea of lost paperwork and delays for two years with no answer or end in sight. Mr. Pristera knew exactly who to contact and what actions to take in response to my command's cover-up and the Army re...serve staff's incredible incompetence. Mr. Pristera will not let you be ignored.

Thank you.

Look, if you’re sitting there reading reviews for military defense lawyers, then something is your life has gone awry. I’ll save you some time and sanity. Spend the money. Hire Mr. Pristera. You’re about to go through some challenging times. Maybe you made a mistake, maybe your innocent. But kno...w this… the military that you loved is about to try and screw you. I was referred to him by a colleague, and he did not disappoint. Brian is smart, talented, and fights for you. He was always available and always made me feel like I was a priority. He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions or being scared. He was empathetic to what I was going through and was honest and realistic about what we could expect. The flat-fee seemed a little steep at first, but it was well worth it, and I probably came out ahead. He saved my sanity and possibly my career.

Money Returned

Mr. Pristera helped rectify a longstanding DFAS error via AFBCMR such that a large sum of money was returned to me. I am very grateful.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
