Had a court date where he was the hearing officer in Livingston parish. An adult, my older daughter whom lives out of state, was contacting my teenager convincing her that she was mentally unstable and that she was a cutter. We had my teenager in the hospital twice in two months and I placed a protec...tive order on the older child to stop her from contacting us as the issues were getting worse and the cuts deeper. She had encouraged my teenager to harm herself. in court he called this a frivolous case and told me that I did not have the right, as a parent to protect my child. It is clearly, in his opinion, legal to coerce a teenager into self harm which can lead to suicide as long as you are in some way related to them and there is nothing a parent can do about it but tell them not to and hope they listen. This man is an idiot and not worth any money.
