Jason is an amazing lawyer. I found Jason online through a search for Expungement attorneys in Bergen County, NJ. We had a preliminary phone introduction followed by an in-person meeting at his office. I had two arrests for domestic issues. Both cases were dismissed by the courts, but the arrest records lived on despite no... conviction. They first turned up when I applied for Global Entry with the Department of Homeland Security. As a corporate executive with extensive international travel, having anything like this could be an issue. This also reminded me that these arrests would turn up in background checks for future job opportunities. Jason was very specific outlining the court documents and the forms that I needed to complete and provide to him. Once submitted, he was also very transparent about the status of my filing, and how long it could take. He was very accurate...claiming about 5-6 months and it went through in 5 1/2. If I emailed Jason to check on the progress, he always responded within 24 hours max, often sooner. Overall, the process was simple and painless other than the waiting which is beyond Jason's control. His fees were reasonable and fair, and he stated the only additional costs would be related to the filing of forms with the respective courts and law enforcement agencies, so basically the cost of copies, envelopes and postage. He provided itemized invoices for everything and all costs were well within reason. Jason was extremely professional and personable.
