Jared Dwain Bellum

Having recently gotten married and having had a baby, my husband and I wanted to make sure we had our wills in order and make sure we (and our son) were covered if anything should happen to one or both of us. Some friends recommended some lawyers in Seattle but their fees seemed really high for what ...we wanted and I really wanted to stay local. Jared sent us a questionnaire we filled out beforehand and based on what we needed he quoted us a flat rate which made it really easy and transparent, which I liked. Hiring a lawyer is never cheap but I felt he charged us a fair rate and he got it all done in a very timely manner. I couldn't have been more pleased. If we need anything else in the future, we will definitely be contacting him again. Highly recommend!

We were advised to file for Bankruptcy and Jared was recommended to us. When we first met with Jared, he was very well versed in explaining the pro's and con's of bankruptcy, the time frame from start to finish, his fees ( very reasonable) and whether or not if we were qualified to file for bankrup...tcy. Upon agreeing to file, Jared got us a court date within a few days, gave us a long questioner to fill out and away we went. The bankruptcy was discharged and we are very happy with Jared's work and the final results!

Jared and Joe were very helpful, friendly, and knew what they were doing from the get go!! I wouldn't recommend any other Attorney for a Bankruptcy Case. Jared assisted with the construction of my mom's will, prior to her passing. He was also there after my mom's passing, to assist my family with all the legalities concerning the division of her estate. And in that duration Jared showed patience, compassion, understanding and a wealth of knowledge. ... If I were asked whether or not I'd recommend him to someone else, the answer...without hesitation...would be "Yes"!

Jared was hired to prepare estate planning documents for my family including a last will and testament, power of attorney, and medical power of attorney.
