If the repossession company damages your car or did not return property you may have rights. They are also required to send you certain notices.

The repoing party is required to send you notices about your right to reinstate. If they don't you have certain rights.

If you did not receive summons the judgement is void. You would need to file a Motion to Vacate the Judgement. There may be other issues as well....
