James F O'Rourke Jr

James O'Rourke in my opinion is the best attorney on the planet. I am an alcoholic who has struggled with the disease of alcoholism for many years. I was arrested and charged with a very serious felony DUII. I was also charged with other several other related offences and was facing some serious con...sequences including, but not limited to, a long time behind bars....about 18 months in prison. Called on a Sunday afternoon in desperation, he picked up the phone and from that moment on my life has been changed forever. Mr. O'Rourke's kindness, empathy, and professionalism is beyond description. He was there for me throughout the whole process, addressed all my concerns promptly, and ultimately saved me from a fate worse than death. I did not go to jail, and I sincerely believe such would not have been the case without his skill and help. It was not an easy task for him because the district attorney fought hard to get me put in jail up to the very end. There were still consequences for my actions, but I can not imagine what would have happened to me without him in my corner. Mr. O'Rourke is also primarily instrumental for me getting the help I needed to overcome my disease and into recovery. He really cares about me as a human being in trouble. He referred me to the correct course of treatment, introduced me to the right people, and followed up with inquiries, encouragement, and concern for my well-being in recovery long after trial. All said and done, he got me on track to help me save my life and I will be forever grateful. I am lost for words when it comes to it. I found Mr. O'Rourke's staff and associates all to be very nice, helpful, outgoing, and professional. They answered my questions, calls, and emails without hesitation and made me feel very comfortable whenever I visited the office.
