I needed to get my d.l back after not having it for years now . Finally decided to grow up and when I checked i had tickets from 2006-2007 . 14 years ago . The process to hire him was so simple and straight forward . He has responded to every email making me feel like im his only client. I have not g...ot the outcome yet but as of now I feel like this was hands down the best choice I have ever made . I also had a failure to appear and that’s when I thought the fee was just going to sky rocket and again I was left without words when i got the email almost instantly with the new price and to my surprise the extra fee was out of this world fair and reasonable. I will never look anywhere else for a attorney for tickets . I will update the results when I get them but I have the best feeling in the world about this guy . If your not hiring him your missing out . By the way . I never ever give reviews especially for something that is not resolved yet. So this should tell you a lot . Just this morning on a Sunday I woke up to a email needing more information from me. Of course I replied back with the info . And by the time I knew it he replied back thanking me . HIRE THIS GUY !!!! HIRE THIS GUY !!! HIRE THIS GUY !!!

This was my first time hiring a lawyer for a traffic ticket. Hands down the best decision I ever made. Court began at 8am, last docket call was at 8:30am, and I was walking out the door with my case dismissed at 8:40am. Mr. Gaines was great and highly recommend him. Will definitely use them again if ...the need arises!

Staff was extremely nice, informative and responsive. Helped us with a speeding ticket with awesome results. Highly reccomend and although we hope to not have a need for them again, we know who to contact if we need help with another ticket. We were able to do everything through email or phone commun...ication which helped out alot.

Always make sure you hire an attorney that specializes in your specific problem, I often felt like I knew more than other at...torneys, but Mr. Gaines has a great specialization in this area, and taught me a few things as well. Nice guy! Great place, and location, easy to get to and just fun people all around. Doesn't feel like a boring place to be.

If you are a creative person, you need an ongoing relationship with a lawyer since your stuff can get stolen or misused all of the time. James Gaines is awesome, and he did an incredible job with my trademark case, and he no doubt lives up to his reputation. His staff is incredible, the work indelibl...e, and the trademark inedible.
