Good work can't complain

Had an old case whose court date was lost in the mail. Resulted in my getting a suspended license without my knowledge. James picked up my call immediately and got the hold off my license within a week. He helped me deal with the DMV (no, a traffic lawyer can't go to the DMV for you but he did help m...e with the right info and made a huge annoyance much easier). He got the matter eventually reheard and dismissed entirely with zero further payment needed from me. Like he honestly says, there's never any guarantees, but from what I can tell, this guy gets it done and is accessible and nice. Why call anyone else?

Amazing work thanks!

James Gaines was featured on the cover of Texas Monthly -good enough for me, called him right up on a I got a stop sign / limit line traffic ticket, and it was dismissed because of Texs traffic tickets! It took about six months for the court to finally make a decision so it was a very long process bu...t well worth it. My ticket was for $238 and knows what my insurance would have increased to if I didn't hire Texas traffic tickets to help me! Their price to help aide you in this process was about $150-$200 I believe ? I can't remember to be sure. All I know is the cost of their service is still a lot less than it would have been to not take the risk and fight it. The process to work with traffic tickets was fairly easy and reasonable and they make it really clear of how to submit your documentation properly. Jmes is quick to respond and helpful for any question you have. The lawyer lays out the written declaration for you and then you submit that with any subsequent proof you want to provide such as pictures of the scene to show you are innocent. Even though the written declaration didn't personally pertain to my exact situation it helped get my ticket dismissed because of the Knowledge of the law and carefully constructed case. Thanks guys!

Very helpful and kind

Wow wow wow! So I got a speeding ticket a few months ago for having a heavy foot. I was devastated to get this ticket removed off my record. I reached Gaines Law Firm right away. The receptionist was super nice and easy to work with. Took my information and a small payment over the phone and they... started on the process of fighting this ticket off. They kept in contact with me, there were other fees that came up which was nothing compared to a speeding ticket on your record. They are professional, responsive, and I am a happy client without a ticket on my records. Thank you!

So glad I got a second opinion from James Gaines

I can scarcely believe my awesome experience with James Gaines after numerous terrible experiences with attorneys in the past. I was reluctant to even contact one but was forced to when an erronious "violation" from ten years ago suddenly appeared on my record blocking my license renewal. I was unab...le to contact the state or the issuing ticket mill and didn't know what to do. I knew I needed legal help. After contacting some other firms who did not contact back or told me that they did not cover my area (suburban Houston), I contacted Gaines and immediately responded with a cheerful, "I'll be happy to help." It took a little time, but James cleared up the issue completely! I emailed the state and they immediately updated my temporary TDL and sent my permanent card in the mail! The most incredible thing is they charged me nothing! Nothing! Still in disbelief and so very grateful. Without James gaines I would be driving without a license for no reason other than the Texas "Omni Law" which no doubt causes much chaos to the citizens here. Thanks again James!

Case totally dismissed - after long last

MR. Gaines definitely covers over his basis - Mr. Gaines wouldnt' give up and kept pushing the other side until we could get this thrown out - it took awhile but that's because of this process and because of the pandemic. Not a problem at all, and this is great news before Thanksgiving, love you guys... and hope everyone has a happy holiday!
