Mr. Gaines Did a great job for me. His rates were more than worth it!!! I just followed his instructions on sending in a copy of the ticket and a brief summary of what happened. He did everything for me from that point on. I never had to show up at court. ( huge plus since I was out of state ) ... Mr. Gaines had the ticket DISMISSED!!!! GREAT WORK!!! Absolutely worth every dime of the low cost to hire him!!!! I suggest you contact him before making a decision on anyone else.

So far I have called once for a 85 mph ticket. They are very nice over the phone, the price seems reasonable and they handled everything for me with just a little intake for from me . My ticket came due and they represented me without me being in court which is great. I just received word that I won ...my case a few days before Christmas and could not be happier . No charges , no fees due at court and no point on my record.. I would highly refer them to anyone I know. My son just got and out of state registration and exhaust ticket. Which we have 0roof of everything. Awaiting the outcome.

I hired James for a speeding violation. James was okay on communication. Expect to communicate only through email as he is impossible to reach over the phone. Understandable, he is busy and it is probably not worth him to take calls from smaller clients. However, I will say, he was unable to remove t...he citation from my record or convince the prosecutor to allow a driver safety course. Essentially, James was not worth hiring. I would say if you are looking to hire an attorney for a speeding violation, it may be a waste of time or money to use James.
