Very Disappointed

Jim Delaney came to us through our filing for a Trademark on the USPTO's website. I guess he monitors listings and contacts companies to handle the trademark work for them. He quoted us a flat fee and we paid him upfront, but after a couple of months, he was nowhere to be found and has not responde...d to our repeated communication for over 6 months. Our trademark application is about to expire, and now we have to pay another lawyer to do the work we paid Mr. Delaney to do. Buyer Beware.

Responsive and thorough legal skills - greatly appreciated by this client.

I was referred to Jim by a colleague who had worked with him in the past. Jim was accessible and willing to work with my tight schedule. I explained my company's needs to him regarding some new technology and he gave some prescient advice. We agreed to the terms of a project which he hit out of th...e park. 18 months later, I am very grateful that we turned the project over to Jim.
