Stay away from this attorney...he is no good

My husband and I will not use this attorney again. We will go to a more experienced attorney preferably someone such as Ken Nuggent because my husband and I went to a jury trial a couple months ago for a car accident and we did not win and we were not giving up this attorney did. After all the studyi...ng we did for the deposition and jury trial this attorney got up on the stand and made us look like total idiots. First of all, when my husband was on the stand, Kyle did fine, but when I got on the stand he stated to me the incorrect date of the wreck and I had to correct him. I picked him hoping that he could help us out. After all, we were hit by someone else and they got away with it. My husband and I missed work and we were not compensated. I am really upset because I trusted this guy.

Cassandra, I am sorry you feel this way. However, based on my conversations with jurors after the trial, I am confident that any brief misstatement regarding the date of the accident during your trial was not the reason for the jury's verdict. Instead, the jurors I spoke with expressed concerns about the lack of any damage to the vehicles, and about how you, your husband, and the defendant all told different stories about what happened in the collision. They felt the case was a situation of "he said / she said", and therefore decided not to award money to any party. I did work very hard on your case and I enjoyed working with you both. I am truly sorry the outcome was not what we had hoped for, and I wish you the best of luck going forward.
