Mrs. Hollander took my money with no problem, I even referred a friend with a similar case, she failed to file my friends case in a timely manner, my friend therefore could not file a case. Then she misplaced my fiends case file. with me she floundered with every thing she needed to file and had to r...efile on several occasions because of her mistakes, then she missed on filing. It was impossible to contact her, I would have to constantly call for weeks or months in order to finally get a call back. now I cannot retrive my case file , the biggest mistke I made was hiring Mrs Hollander

Jacqueline Hollander is a criminal. If you spun the Wheel of Fortune with 100 lawyers on it, J. Hollander would be your absolute worst outcome. There are many lawyers that do poor legal work but J. Hollander will steal your retainer deposit and do no legal work! I own a 10 unit building in Boerum Hil...l, Brooklyn. I hired J. Hollander for a landlord/tenant eviction case and gave her a $1750 retainer deposit. She committed to writing a letter to the tenant within three days from when I gave her the money. On three seperate occasions during the ensuing month when I asked her about the letter, she told me it would be written the next business day. I got tired of her promises and requested my money back, and she refused to return it. She has done absolutely no work and refuses to return my money. I think she should be disbarred.
