Mrs. Hollander was a really nice to me until she got her check. Once she got her check she literally disappeared. My agreement with her was to file my tenant/landlord case in a week, and she told me everything to convince me that she is going to do the job but once she got the check she just started ...to delay. For 3 months I called her every week, maybe two times, and she gave another reason to do it next week. And none of those reasons were professional. It was very very frustrating. She was supposed to be fighting for her client's (me) best interest, but she didn't even care to call or follow up. I don't see how she would tell someone she is responsible person. I just felt like she did scam me professionally. Last time I met her, she was telling how she gets bad reviews on this site and how she tries to balance the reviews. so be aware about that as well, perhaps she hires some people to do fake reviews. In my opinion a person with decent mind would not trust to her. I was very stupid. I am also in the process of reporting her to ethics committee. good luck.

Its so sad that this woman is allowed to still have a license. WARNING to those who are looking to work in the industry or have a case. She will take you retainer, never do the job, NO follow up and just bad at everything. I honestly wish i have never meet her. I gave her 2,500 to work for me and ...nothing was EVER done. I hope and pray that someone will make sure people like her will get charges pressed so these type of scams will just be put to a stop.

My trusted lawyer called me at 5 pm and told me he lost the case and the marshal was coming to the next day to change the locks and lock me out off my business. I immediately called Jacqueline who showed up at my office 30minutes later. After I informed her about what was going on she called the la...ndlord lawyer and handled the case magnificently. She was impeccable. She explained all the details,…she had the lawyer on the phone until they reach an agreement which was drafted immediately and sign by both party at 9:58 two minutes before the City Marshals got here. I was impressed. I absolutely recommend Jackie. She is great.
