Cannot get ahold of Jacob Slaughter
I hired jacob to get my student loan debt wiped out which was the agreement due to the school closing. I have been paying via auto draft a large amount each months for years now. I cannot get ahold of anyone. No progress reports. I hope this gets back to Jacob so this can be further discussed.
