I used Jay for a divorce and associated harassment order case in 2011. Jay and his office provided a high level of support and remained in constant contact with me through all stages of the year long proceedings. The legal system can be confusing, yet it's decisions cause direct and mandatory c...hanges to our lives. I found it very helpful that Jay would take the time to explain what to expect during the various court proceedings. He'd offer his analysis of the situation and relate it to me in simple terms. My options were clearly given to me, along with Attorney Roncone's recommendations. Rather than being swept along through the whole process blindly, I felt that Jay acted as a proxy by which I could navigate the legal system. During a divorce there is substantial paperwork, and lots of facts and figures that must be calculated. I found Attorney Roncone and his staff to be very patient and willing to walk you through the whole process of information gathering. Ultimately, I feel that if I did not have representation by Attorney Roncone I would have been taken advantage of and left with difficult post-marriage circumstances. Circumstances which I would be subject to permanently. I'd highly recommend taking a consultation with Jay and getting his perspective before hiring your next attorney.

I have hired J. Roncone twice for probate matters, another for something else. I found his law office online in 2009. He did an amazing job, put in lots of hours, research, knew his stuff. The last time I needed him was a last minute hearing, he was there, did a tremendous job, talked me thru it all ...and I walked out of the court room w/my head held high every time. He has never let me down, I would never call anyone else. I feel he is the best lawyer I could ever find, thankful and grateful for his services. I chose Jay’s firm at random from the WEB as I live in California and was being sued for divorce in Massachusetts.
