I cannot say enough good things about Jay Roncone and his firm!!! I am so thankful that I found him and could not be more happy. He recently represented me in Court, and surpassed my expectations and then some!!! Let me first start off by saying that I have been going through an extremely content...ious custody situation with a high conflict person and it has been going on for over a year and a half. My child is very young and cannot speak for himself yet which has made this situation even more scary for me. I recently retained Jay after being extremely dissatisfied with my previous attorney, whom came highly recommended to me. I had been to Court 4 times and was not seeing the results that were needed and had spent a substantial amount of money and things were getting worse instead of better. In fact all I saw was money going out the window and nobody helping my innocent child. I never knew what was going on with my case, and most importantly did not feel as though this attorney had my son's best interest at heart or mine own for that matter. My lawyer at the time, never called me back, rushed me through things while at Court, lost documents, and always dodged my calls with lame excuses. It was ALWAYS about the $ and never about my son. I felt like I had been had - literally. Before I retained Jay, he spoke to me on the phone on more than one occasion and was extremely calm, articulate and knowledgeable. It was truly obvious to me that he genuinely cared and had an innate desire and passion for his career. I was under an immense amount of stress and after speaking with him immediately felt calm and reassured. I was very reluctant to retain a new lawyer in the middle of a long, and contencious legal battle, but knew I had to do something quick. My biggest fear was bringing on new Counsel and not having them be able to get up to speed quick enough and or understanding the history / details of my case. I only had to tell Jay something once and he remembered it. I retained him less than 3 weeks before my last hearing and he knew my case better than I did!!! I truly wish I found him earlier. Trust me when I tell you - he is the best of the best!!! I know my young child is in good hands now and I can finally put my mind at ease and let him do the worrying for me. Jay prepared me thoroughly before Court, as well as in the Court room. He does not sugar coat things either, so you will always know where you stand and what to expect next. During the hearing he spoke articulatey, and stood up to opposing counsel in a confident, and professional demeanor. He debriefed the Judge on everything that had taken place since our last hearing and it was as if he had been representing me from day one. For once I did not feel worried that my concerns and or issues were not going to be addressed. He remembered every little detail and did it so calmly. It truly impressed me. After my hearing ended, Jay sat down with me outside the Court room, and made sure I was okay and understood everything. Instead of leaving Court upset, and anxiety ridden - I left informed, calm and relieved. Words are not enough to explain how truly happy and relieved I am with his representation. Jay is extremely responsive, always answers emails and gets back quick in emergency type situations. If he cant answer right away he always responds quickly to say when he will be able to which speaks volumes about his genuine care and concern . The entire Roncone Law office staff is extremely, professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I have also been thoroughly impressed with his paralegals. If Jay is not available they are always there to help quickly and efficiently. The testimonials I read about him before hiring him were right on. I am so thankful and blessed to have found him. It feels so great to finally let go of all my stress and worry and put it in the hands of Roncone Law Office. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!

Jay KNOWS the law and he understands that most of the people that seek his advice do not understand the laws. Jay was incredibly kind and sympathetic but firm with me. I was facing a whole new world of divorce and was scared and a bit hysterical. Jay was such a calming presence and he was fair and... represented me in such a professional manner. There weren't any "surprise" charges or nitpicking with bills. My ex went a little crazy and was doing some pretty weird things. Jay took every hurdle that I threw at him with grace and never made me feel like I was the basket case that I know that I must have been at such a horrible time in my life. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need.
