I have worked with Attorney "Jay" Roncone for the last 18 months after my brother (who also hired him!) recommended him. I hired Jay to help me with my divorce and what unfortunatey ended up being a child custody "battle." There's nothing more personal than your children and he was both extremely k...ind and "tough" with me (in the right ways - did not sugar coat it) throughout this process and I truly felt protected and know that he cared about my children's well-being too. My (now ex!) husband and I both have high-powered jobs, and both of us had significant income and assets before our marriage - he helped me to protect my premarital assets and frankly, I ended up better off financially than I imagined I would have when this started. Financially, he was very tough and advocated for me for an outcome I could not be more satisfied with. When I met Jay, I was scared, nervous, and worried about my children and my financial future - never mind dealing with the ending of my marriage (I was a wreck). He understood my concerns and fears, made me comfortable from the very beginning, and I truly felt like he (and his staff) held my hand the whole way through. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Jay is professional and knowledgeable about divorce law and proceedings. He gave sound advice and achieved a successful outcome to my case - the case was settled with everything in my favor, including visitation and child support payments. Jay communicated all information about my case through ema...il and phone calls. His office staff is responsive and very helpful and helped negotiate tricky paperwork and answered questions about my case. Jay and his staff made a difficult situation more manageable and I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired Jay Roncone lll to take my case for grandparent visitation rights. When I met with Jay for the first time for a consult, he made me feel comfortable and he understood all the points made for this case. I have had a great experience with Jay Roncone. It was a very difficult time for me, still is, and Jay as well as his staff, has always been there to help with any questions or concerns I might have. I have recently recommended his practice to others. Divorce is never easy and in my case I had a 1 yr... old in the mix ( he's 3 now). My ex is very difficult to deal with and Jay has always been patient with me anytime I've "freaked out" about something :)
