Even though my daughter is the client,I hope that includes us,the parents since we were the ones that paid the money due at the beginning (which she paid back to us),I feel,my opinion counts too,do what you will,but parents will want to read what a parent thinks,I'm sure. My daughter was arrested fo...r a dwi at 21 yrs. old As the lawyer letters starting pouring in,we didn't know who or how to find a good lawyer for her case. So,it was up to our daughter to choose and when she did,me&her father were terrified to think it was the wrong choice and how much was he going to cost us? Well,come to find out she was going to be paying him monthly with her debit card,which has taught her so much responsibility&has matured her so much in these last 2 yrs,than it would have in the next 20. She was stopped after 2:00 am for no reason but a police stop. Well,she was given all dwi tests,plus a breathalyzer which was .23. OMG,we new there was no way she could get off w/o severe punishment of fines,community service,jail time losing her license,plus having it on her record for life. Mr. Jay Bishop is the right lawyer for you,cause he won the case w/o any mention of the details ,in her case,WHAT?WOW! We could not believe it,we were stunned the judge dismissed it due to a great&intelligent(handsome,I might add)lawyer. He figured out a way to discuss the policeman's pace behind my daughter's car and use the change of the speed limit to win the case! UNBELIEVABLE,how it took him less than 45mins and I have to say,I started to feel bad for the officer,because of Jay"s detailed questioning. I could see the officer getting nervous,because the defense attorney kept objecting and the judge rejected and kept letting Jay ask the questions that won my baby's case. Now,23yrs old she can have a clean record and she learned a very hard lesson.
