Unfortunately it seems to me that Nick kinda gets a bum deal, as my perception is that the public defenders office shovels indigent clients on him as if he's the only attorney in southern Iowa who they have available to assign cases to... But that's some LUCK For those he represents! He maintains... a pretty demanding caseload it seems, but NICK SLAYS! So no worries getting all the attention your matter deserves from him. My perception is that the majority of criminal defense cases disposed of these days are the result of plea bargains, which often aren't too much trouble to arrange.
