I got denied of my adjustment of status through my wife's petition i130 based on marriage sham. After looking through the abuse I suffered in the marriage and what I have been through with my ex, Kristine advised i should file a petition for battered spouse VAWA i360 but prior to the filing, She had taken my case to the immigration board of appeal, prepared the appeal affidavit and arguments and positively the denial based on marriage sham was dismissed.
