Paid them twice for no result. They had me file twice and pay them twice. In the end, my case was not completed for something they should have known. The first time everything was set and ready, but they asked me to let the case get dismissed so that it would be easier for them to re-file (of course ...a second attorney fee from me with no discount whatsoever) my case in order to adjust my income due to a divorce. I used this lawyer and his firm, Lakeview law office to handle a bankruptcy. I paid them over 1000.00 and got a legal assistant for a few hours(max) of his time. I only saw the attorney first time at the court date, which lasted about 5 minutes. Communication was slow and poor. On several times the l...egal assistant didnt have an answer for me. They only sent a poor form letter to creditors that harassed me. Then to top this nightmare off..because of communication errors..I was sued for eviction and fees from another attorney that has an office several feet from them..they share the same coffee pot!! Long story short..my bankruptcy complete..now I am sued again for a huge debt that I cant eliminate. I work in contact with a huge amount of people, and have told my story many times. I have steered several people into a much happier process already.
