I was at the end of my rope with bills piled up to an astonishing degree due to personal problems and a limited income. I used this lawyer and his firm, Lakeview law office to handle a bankruptcy. I paid them over 1000.00 and got a legal assistant for a few hours(max) of his time. I only saw the attorney first time at the court date, which lasted about 5 minutes. Communication was slow and poor. On several times the l...egal assistant didnt have an answer for me. They only sent a poor form letter to creditors that harassed me. Then to top this nightmare off..because of communication errors..I was sued for eviction and fees from another attorney that has an office several feet from them..they share the same coffee pot!! Long story short..my bankruptcy complete..now I am sued again for a huge debt that I cant eliminate. I work in contact with a huge amount of people, and have told my story many times. I have steered several people into a much happier process already.
