Super diligent and helpful

From the moment I made the first call the firm Ian was my intake guy. He talked me through the way things work and I thanked him and hung up. The cool thing was when I was ready to go ahead with my case I called the number Ian gave me and he answered right away, just like he said, walked me through h...ow the case process worked with the firm and didnt pressure me like some other firms did. He called back everytime I had a question right away and made sure to discuss everything where I understood. I was totally in the dark when I was in my accident and once I pulled the trigger on the case Ian got the ball rolling right away! He's amazing and I dont think I would of been willing to go through with the case if it hadn't been for his patience and Understanding! Thanks Ian and the team at Sweet James and Co!

Outstanding Attorney

After I realized the seriousness of my injury I became depressed. I did not know who to turn to. It was Attorney Ian McTaggart at the Bergerner Mirejovsky Firm that counseled me. He took the time to listen to me (crying). He was very kind, patient and truly concerned for my well being. Attorney Ian ...McTaggart explained my legal rights to me. He patiently explained all the steps to me. It was Attorney Ian McTaggarts counsel along with the entire team at Bergerner Mirejovsky that resulted in a favorable outcome for me. All I did was go to my medical and physical therapy appts knowing I had the best legal team supporting me. This made all the difference in my recovery. He assured me that they would take care of me and he was RIGHT ! Attorney Ian McTaggart is a very knowledgeable, very professional and a very kind Attorney.
