Hubert Charles Cutolo

I had the pleasure of knowing Hubert past 5+ years and he has done tremendous work for our HOA, collecting on delinquent accounts and resolving thorny violations by difficult owners. We had to fire a high-end ($$$$) law firm for poor representation and zeal for nuisance billing. In comparison, Hubert...'s legal fees are fair and below industry standards. You still get quality counsel and prompt action.

Cutolo Law firm was used as the law firm to represent our Condominium Association. He recommended Association Advisors as the Management Company. Association Advisors turned out to be completely incompetent and created serious problems resulting in higher legal activity and costs. The combination ...of these two companies cost the Condominium owners significant funds unnecessarily. Association Advisors was let go and only a matter of time before Hubert Cutolo is also dismissed.
