Mr. Hudson refused to respond to the opposing counsel. In court he was ordered to prepare the judgment within 30 days by the judge. As his client, he told me it was being done or wouldn't respond to my emails or phone calls at all. Months later I find out my case was dismissed due to him not preparing the judgment. I lost the 50/50 parenting time with my son and didn't see my son for 2 years. I had to start all over in court and hire a new attorney, which I received significantly less parenting time and lost joint custody. Months later Mr. Hudson sent me a letter he was dropping me as a client and sent me a check for the return of the money I had place on my trust account.
