I was terminated from my job without my supervisor knowledge. Without hr beening present and without a termination letter.

What was the basis for the termination? Absent a union, an employer can fire you just about any manner that they chose.

File a complaint with the local wage and hour board. If you worked those hours for a previously agreed to rate, they cannot take that position.
