Great work to Helen Fong. And thank you to Jennifer and Rn Guardian for taking all my calls and texts over the past few months. You help with a lot of stress I was having. .:)I was fortunate enough to have my dui reduced to a wet reckless. Made a terrible mistake ... I’m sooooo lucky. After readin...g my police report I felt horrified of what I did and the potential consequences.... a lessoned learned and it will never happen again. I retained Helen for my disclosure to the b r n. She was very confident from the moment we spoke about my case. She kept me calm and gave me reassurance that I was in a good position. The past six months have been the most stressful point in my life. Now im happy to say it’s all over. In a little over a month after Helen disclosed my conviction i was notified by the brn of my citation and fine. No formal discipline . It’s all over . No probation. No public report on breeze website. Nothing at all. I’m so relieved . I highly recommend Helen if you are dealing with the BRN and your Nursing License

I’m a Registered Nurse in CA, going on eight years now. I made a big mistake in my life. I drove under the influence of alcohol, received a DUI in July 2016, and was convicted in January 2017. I blew a 0.14 and my blood alcohol content (BAC) level was 0.13. I was up for my license renewal in December... of 2017 and I knew I had to self-report my conviction before renewing. I hired Helen to help me with the process of self-reporting a few months before December. There was so much that needed to be done, getting official documents in order, writing my letter of explanation, and other documents which would help in the process of self reporting that I would not have known if it wasn’t for her recommendations. Without her guidance I don’t think I would have gotten the same outcome. She made the process easy for me to understand, she was efficient, was always available and responded to my phone calls, text messages, and emails immediately. She provided me with emotional relief throughout this stressful process, she was able to calm my nerves and anxiety. It’s now February 8, 2018 and today I received a letter from the Board of Registered Nursing notifying me of my citation and fine of $1000, in lieu of any disciplinary action. This is the best possible outcome I could have ever wished or asked for. That means no license suspension or revocation, no probation, no probation monitoring, no nursing support groups. The other best part about receiving a citation and fine is that I will not have to disclose any of this to my employer or other applications; and the citation is not published on the Board of Registered Nursing website. I cannot thank Helen enough for the amazing work she has done for me. I highly recommend her!

I received a Wet and Wreckless at the beginning of this year, and was terrified about how it would affect my RN license. By pure luck I came across RN Guardian and Helen was assigned to my case. Both Jennifer and Helen were very knowledgeable about the situation and were quick to respond to any of my... questions and concerns.
