Heber Julian Moran

Heber Moran is an experienced attorney who has dedicated over a decade to helping families navigate complex family law matters, including dissolutions, custody disputes, child and spousal support, and domestic violence restraining orders. Heber co-founded and operated a family law practice with his sister, focusing exclusively on supporting families through challenging times.

Driven by a deep passion for family law, Heber finds purpose in advocating for families during emotionally charged and difficult periods. He approaches every case with fierce dedication, genuine compassion, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.

Originally from California, Heber graduated as Valedictorian of his high school class. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Stanford University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Heber is an active member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association, and the LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
