Heather Yvonne Ogier

I hired Heather to help with a complex child custody case where I had been accused of things I didn't do. After 2 years I am no better off and several thousand dollars poorer and nothing was done about the false accusation. The exchange was moved to a location where I could not exercise my standard c...ustody, Heather didn't object to the ruling nor did she know that my custody couldn't be fully exercise as with the agreement. We had a motion to fix that after several months (partial due to pandemic) but she failed to notify opposing counsel which the Judge then voided the previous favorable ruling, as which point I dismissed her. Asked Cordell and Cordell for an adjustment to the legal fees at which point they offered $500 refund for the issue which I thought was low.
