Hannah is an attorney you never want to hire. At our first court appearance she was so busy looking at the clock and dealing with her personal life via cellphone that she failed to resolve even the minor issues addressed that day, she quickly postponed everything and left the courtroom before the jud...ge had even excused anybody. She did pay herself $600 out of the retainer fee for the 10 minutes it took her to set a new date. 3 days before trial she finally contacted all witnesses to speak to them about their affidavits. Hannah was unorganized, unprepared, and quite blaise about this iron clad case. Come the trial date she was unprepared, told me to just settle the case and allow my abusive ex to still control my life, agree to anything my ex wanted just to make sure I kept joint custody. There is years of abusive and controlling evidence that she tossed aside to bargain for less than Minnesota minimum parental visitation. This woman should be disbarred. Thankfully misrepresentation is cause for a new trial, but how do sue a lawyer to get your $2500.00 back?
