Gurjit S Pandher

He was my public defender in 2015. He failed to adequately represent me at my trial in September 2015. I was not allowed to be a part of my own defense as I was cut short or just flat out avoided by this man. He failed to get my discovery to me in a timely matter so I could make an informed decision ...on how I wanted to proceed with my case. I struggle with this review because I have benefitted from this man's razor sharp wit and quick tongue. I can only speculate when it comes to this opinion but I imagine if you hire this man, he will fight for you and be worth every dollar.. I know he definitely has the skill set. But if you're unfortunate enough to have this man assigned to you as a public defender, fight to have this man removed as your lawyer at all costs.

I had never been in trouble with the law, but I found myself charged with two counts of Assault 2 and one count Burglary 1. Altogether I was facing 2-4 years in prison as a first time offender. Gurjit is passionatte about his profession, and he excels in all areas related to his work. His attention to detail is incredible, his follow through is timely, and his councel is trustworthy. But it is as a trail lawyer that Gurjit is most impressive. He was respected by all in the courtroom by being preparred, courteous, and confident. His methodical questioning of witnesses and expert presentation skills were used to lay our our defense, and the jury of 12 to unanimousily found me not guilty. On the last day of trial, I personally witnessed the judge telling him what a pleasure it was to have him in court. This was a life changing ordeal for me, but it may not have turned out to be a positive experience without the help of Gurjit Pandher. I would recommend him to anyone needed expert representation.
