BEWARE. Real Estate deed/title

Replied last January 15, 2018I did speak with Cheryl. I never heard from any attorney representing her. When I spoke to her I could understand her frustration and suggested several ways to address her issues. Though I did not have any specific recollection of her, or her mother's requests, I was present at her closing and went over the documents with her and, as was my custom and procedure, confirmed how title would be held. I would have liked to speak to the attorney handling probate because from what she told me, it should not have even be necessary, let alone so costly.
