In 2009 my mother and I purchased a two flat. Title was supposed to be held in JOINT TENANCY to avoid probate. My mother has passed and I am now finding title is recorded as TENANTS IN COMMON. I am now paying more than 3k to get the building out of probate. Please if you purchased a home thru this a...ttorney it may be a good idea to check your d÷d and title. I did not so now it is becoming costly. I am told Mr. Sultan retired and this is why he is not returning either my phone calls nor my attorney's phone calls. I am told this may take up to 3 years to straighten out.
