When I started the journey of custody and criminal defense, my first concern was custody. He walked me through the steps I needed to make and ways I could save myself money. He’s always been there for every hearing, has always been upfront with every possible outcome. Helped me get my child against t...he odds. After the custody part was finalized, he helped me on the criminal side. Again was upfront about the possible outcomes, but advised the route to take that would protect my child as well. Greg Holly if extremely efficient, and is VERY straightforward!!! He gets the job done, without milking your paid time. He is extremely knowledgeable as an Attorney, and listened to all my concerns. He is aggressive when he needs to be with the other Counsel, and he is very protective, and ethical... with his client rights. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!! You will not be disappointing…. Hire him if you want to get your case settled promptly, and fairly!

Watched for 3 and a half to 4 years of my girlfriend using G. Holly as her attorney in her divorce/custody, support proceedings...other than the divorce getting finalized in the first year, her getting primary custody, (pretty much a GIVEN for a Mom in Mn anyhow)virtually NOTHING else was accomplishe...d other than her paying him. She had to get any and all evidence for the trials/motions herself. She would wait for days for return phone calls from him..IF she even got a return call.. And THEN, less than 2 weeks before an upcoming court date he suddenly jumped ship and said he was too busy with other stuff to represent her anymore (THAT I believe..he acted too busy to do much of anything except collect attorney fees and push for postponements..for the entire time) If I ever needed representation in court and had to choose HIM or myself, I'd save the money, take my chances, and would do it myself...at least then I would know my best interests were being worked towards...
