Upon trying to get pre approved to buy a home I found a default judgement against me from a previous marriage a few years back. It had me in a bind. I knew that there would be some hoops to jump through in getting qualified for our first mortgage. Nothing serious on the credit reports, 'just a few minor items,' we were told by the loan officer. Unfortunately, 'minor items,'; proved to be a massive headache. After a couple of weeks of banging h...eads against the wall it began feeling helpless, despite having what seemed as a legitimate error in credit reporting. I finally stumbled upon Grant's contact info while attempting DYI legal research on Google. Immediately upon speaking with Grant, I was put at ease, not by sense of our laws, but by Grant's straight forward assessment of them and his take on our situation. Grant was happy to answer any of the questions I had and graciously listened to a bit of my frustrations. He clearly explained what he could do without any pressure as to a course of action. In the end, we put him on the case. Literally, within 24 hours we had the resolution that had eluded us for weeks. Had I had any idea how effective Grant would be in sorting our issue, I would have called him straight away. I will certainly do so should I have any issues in the future.
