Very very poor attorney. He squeezed so much fees without any relief and without any results. At first call he said that he helps the community and works like a social worker. After paying him the agreed fees, he asked extra fees on filing any single page application. Instead of helping the clients h...e acts like an collection agent and without any proper results and relief. Be careful.

My humble request to people is please do not consult this guy or any immigration lawyer because I have consulted all these non-knowledgeable attorney and I have waste my money and time for my brother. Theirs answer were 'YOU ARE TOO LATE" and asked for money without any result. I have handled case f...rom my end and visa has been granted to my brother. Bottom line is we are not dumb but sharp enough so just follow immigration guideline. I have seen cases that people are wasting money to call their legal spouse/relatives from India, please note if they are legal to get visa so just fill out form yourself and submit to immigration department. Please note if you have hired lawyer for your relative(s) to enter in USA/ Canada legally and your relatives arrived it does not mean attorney has done any magic, NOT AT ALL. They were legal and visa being granted. AT LAST BUT NOT LEAST; PLEASE DO NOT CONSULT/HIRE ATTORNEY BUT DO THIS SMALL JOB FROM YOUR END AND SAVE LOTS OF MONEY. We are best attorney than other stupid, because immigration has nice guidelines, they provide required help. Please also note some peoples rating with many stars(s) so they are either from their own circle or some peoples they are excited after their relatives arrival.

We took an initial consultation with him which we paid for our immigration case. He agreed to review our case further and took an advance payment and stated that only if we both agree to proceed and we give authorization then he will start paperwork. After reviewing the situation further we decided n...ot to proceed. He then decides that he already started the paperwork and wanted to charge us a part of the advance payment for work that we never authorized. I believe he's not a bad lawyer however you will need to be very clear about what you're being charged for and when you're going to be charged. You should also not pay any advanced payments and pay as you go. Further, you should ask for a fee agreement in writing so it's clear how he's going to charge you.
