Gillian has helped my husband and I with our estate planning and we have found her to be very professional and patient, always with good information at her fingertips. My case was very intricate with my special needs son and two different trusts set up for his care. Gillian was very knowledgeable about the trust issues and how it pertained to my divorce agreement. First off, I rarely do reviews. I would assume that all lawyers should do 5 star, "excellent" work however that just isn't the case. Unfortunately I work in a field that is dependent on the legal system and I went almost 20 years in the business and a dozen lawyers until I found Gillian. Not only did... she assure me that she would handle everything (I had heard that before) but she actually did, giving me recommendations that I hadn't even considered that was beyond the scope of the project. Fast forward a few years and I needed someone to represent me in the most important issue in the World.....custody. I didn't even know if Gillian handled such matters but I wanted her, more accurately, I needed her. There is a comfort to knowing that your lawyer is there for you in a time when you question everything. So when I saw Gillian's name on the AVVO site, I had to share my story. My only issue with this review is that I can't publish my last name, which I gladly would.
