Having hired Mr. Facciponte for a minor moving violation based on his assurances that he could very likely make the matter go away I felt rather confident. After he had received his check that feeling that he was going to take care of my issue went away as he started saying that he was not going to b...e able to do much with my matter. All that talk in the beginning of his abilities to handle my matter were just empty promisees and I had felt robbed. I do not place all of the blame on Mr. Facciponte as his large firm might be behind the problem, but they really take your money and run. In addition they will never pick up the phone for you when you try and contact them.
