Ethical, patient and kind.

I am so very happy that a friend referred Mr. Unke to me. I slipped and fell on oil at one of the stores of a large chain of stores across the country. After a great time of shopping, I was pushing an overloaded cart toward the exit door. Not seeing a light colored oil streak, I went down to the floo...r doing the splits (not normal for me) and tore rotator cuff muscles and tendons. Mr. Unke was patient with me. The store wanted to settle and called him monthly. For almost 6 years I first went through therapy. Athletic and chiropractic to try to avoid surgery. Multiple providers. My SI joint was injured also and I was seen for pain therapy and shots. Finally unavoidable, I had rotator cuff surgery. The recovery is as bad as people describe. Now for Mr. Unke's kindness. He would tell me not to worry. That we still had time to settle. To take care of myself. He was so good at checking in on me to see how I was progressing to better health. He worked so very hard for me to get the best settlement possible. He is ethical and trustworthy. I would recommend him to my family, friends and anyone who has been hurt and needs an attorney that truly has your interest at heart. You really can relax and let him do his job and do what he knows is best. I am happy with our settlement.
