Gareit Frances Newstrom

My personal experience with Mrs. Newstrom was beyond terrible! We had a good initial consultation and she offered to meet in Orange County. But after our first initial call her failure to respond to emails and phone calls was very very poor. Being that I’ve worked with attorneys in the past I know ju...st how busy their schedules can be however her office failed to call me back in a timely fashion. I had to make all the attempts after multiple messages. We had a scheduled zoom call for which she was a no show no call. She said she emailed but I never received that email. After calling her office and scheduling yet another zoom 30 minutes later she was a no show again! Rather she wished me the best and it wouldn’t be a good fit to find someone in Orange County. All of which she could have specified in the beginning than stringing me along. I was specific about the deadline we had to meet and in my personal opinion Mrs. Newstrom showed no consideration for that. For that reason I had to share my experience that my time was not valued nor my matter taken seriously.
