Biography
I left my law enforcement career as a SWAT team sergeant after nearly 12 years with the NYPD and Boca Raton, FL police department to attend law school. Like law enforcement, I saw law practice as a way to stand up for the rights of people who didn't have either the knowledge, skill or ability to stand up for themselves.
In private practice, I can do just that. I can help clients navigate difficult situations involving personal injury, contract disputes, property disputes, surrogate court or other litigation matters. Moreover, our firm's litigation experience has provided us with the knowledge to anticipate potential areas of conflict and make us better able to help you prepare legal documents such wills, living wills, trusts, those documents needed to start a business, transfer real estate, and just about any other matter from which a dispute may arise. The firm has over 40 years of combined experience in these and other areas, and we have licensed attorneys in New York, New Jersey, Washington, DC, and Maryland.
I look forward to being able to help some of my law enforcement brethren with their legal issues, and, just as I did as a law enforcement officer, help anyone else who needs or thinks they need legal assistance.
