I started Nest: Estate Planning by L. Rachel Wilson because after years of creating estate plans for clients and teaching wills, estates, and trusts, as a law school professor, I believe that there is a better way to do this. That's why I started Nest Estate Planning, a flat fee, concierge service estate  planning firm. Estate planning should be straightforward, you should understand your plan, you should know the pricing up front, you should be able to have the tough conversations in a place where you feel comfortable, and you should be able to pass on your values- not just your wealth- to your children.
