Annie Banford Hayes

She is a horrible ad-litem. Allowed the confidentiality between child and ad-litem be violated. Continually cancelled appointments. Should have excused herself and allowed someone else with availability to take over instead of making families wait months for her and have an abuse case drag on. Mad...e physical abuse sound like it was not overly bad, just happens. Did not do due diligence with both parties on allegations that were made. Contradicted self in conversation and own report. Overall ineffective.

I used Annie Hayes in my 2nd case. I was extremely upset when I spoke to her the first time. My ex had just served me with an emergency order that gave him custody of our baby.
