Where do I start?! I was the victim of a hit and run and sustained a neck injury. Unfortunately, my insurance company (now my old insurance company), who I paid to take care of me, was giving me the run around and their customer service was definitely not what they portrayed on their TV commercials. ... Not even close. Needless to say, I did not have confidence that my insurance company would take care of me and I knew I would need help. I was referred to the Bonnici Law Group and from my initial meeting I knew didn’t need to worry. My case should have been a simple hit and run (I followed the guy, got his car info, and he was subsequently convicted). Slam dunk right? City Attorney convicted him, I got hurt, and I had documentation of my injury and medical treatment, what could go wrong? Every single “challenging” thing that could happen, happened. Way too much to write here. Freyja stayed on top of my insurance, his insurance, and really pushed them to do what was fair and right for my case. To say she was given the constant run around is an understatement, but she kept on them and was persistent. I appreciated that she was in constant communication with me, fully explaining every step, every procedure, every option. Bottom line, she was amazing and I would recommend her a hundred times over to anyone who was in the same situation as I was. She turned an extremely frustrating, and stressful situation, into something that I honestly did not have to worry about because I knew I was in very capable hands.
